Eight of a family commit suicide in UP

Police said the motives behind the act are yet to be ascertained and further investigations are on.

Eight members of a family, including three women, allegedly committed suicide by consuming sulphos tablets in a village in the district.

The only survivor of the incident in Dateli village is a four-year-old girl, who is battling for her life at the district hospital, they said.
