The accused and his brother went to the tehsil office and told the officer to issue them their mother's ration card immediately or else they would strip, Vasai police station duty officer SM Patil said.

One of the brothers took off his shirt, pant as well as his underwear and made unpleasant movements towards the female officer, Patil said, adding that the incident took place at about 530PM on Tuesday.

Both the brothers have been booked under Section 509 and Section 506 of the Indian Penal Code, the police official said.

However, no arrest has been made in connection with the offense so far and investigations are on, the police official said.
