Eminent win Scholars Trophy

CHRISTIAN EMINENT Higher Secondary School won the Scholars Trophy inter-school cricket tournament. Christian Eminent student Prkhar Kohili won the best bowler award, while Rahul Malviya bagged the best batsman award.

CHRISTIAN EMINENT Higher Secondary School won the Scholars Trophy inter-school cricket tournament. Christian Eminent student Prkhar Kohili won the best bowler award, while Rahul Malviya bagged the best batsman award.

Man of the series award went to Ram Singh. School principal and the management have congratulated the team and their coach for their brilliant performance.

Inter-school kabaddi on January 10
IDEAL ACADEMY will organise a free interschool kabaddi championship (for boys) on January 10. School principal Avdhesh Kumar Tiwari informed that only middle section (VI to VIII) regular students from schools approved by the State Government would be allowed to participate in the competition.

The last date for sending entries is January 5. Interested schools can contact the Academy office.

Ajay wins Open Rapid Chess
AJAY VIRWANI won the Open Rapid Chess Tournament organised by Friends Chess Club yesterday. Around 30 players participated in the tournament. Ashok Bise and Dhiraj Dubey won the second and third prizes. Babu Singh Chauhan, Sanjay Kushwah, Prakash Jinwal and Munna Chauhan welcomed state chess champion Rajendra Bagdi in the event.
Himanshu Saxena conducted the tournament, while Prakash Jinwal proposed the vote of thanks.
