Era group ventures into Real estate

The company plans to boost development in small townships and industrial towns, across the country.

Era Group, on Wednesday announced that it plans to foray into real estate with the launch of ERA Infrastructure (India) Limited. The focus of the upcoming projects is to bring development in small townships and Industrial towns where real estate growth is still slow.

The latest initiative will aim at need-based investments with a provision of upgraded facilities across India in all segments of townships. In the first phase of development, the areas of Meerut, Faridabad, Palwal, Bahadurgarh, Agra, Allahabad and cities of Punjab will be covered. The Company has plans to reach other states of the country and currently have projects of more than Rs 2000 crore in the pipeline.

Projects of Era Infrastructure (India) Ltd, consist of commercial complexes, group housing, plots, villas and row housing options to the buyers.
