Fast track court summons records in Dharmendra case
A fast track court in Indore has summoned the record of the lower court related to the ?dismissed complaint? against the BJP's Bikaner candidate, Dharmendra.
A fast track court in Indore on Wednesday summoned the record of the lower court related to the 'dismissed complaint' against the Bollywood actor and BJP candidate from Bikaner, Dharmendra.

A case was filed by Congress leaders Akthar Beg and KK Mishra for not giving correct information about his alleged marriage with noted actress Hema Malini while filing the nomination papers.
After the completion of preliminary hearing in the case and submission of the certified copy of nomination papers and also the translated copy of the purported 'nikahnama' of their alleged marriage, the fast track court Judge, SK Jain summoned the record of the lower court in the case and fixed May 17 as the next date of hearing.
Advocate Shailendra Dwiwedi, representing the Congress leaders in the case, told reporters after the hearing that the court has summoned the record of the lower court in the case which has dismissed their complaint on the ground of not providing the copy of the nomination papers in support of their complaint.
Besides submitting the certified copy of the nomination papers on Wednesday, the complainants also submitted the translated copy of the "purported nikahnama" of the marriage of Dharmendra with Hema Malini, which they have solemnised allegedly by embracing Islam and by changing their names as "Dilawar Khan" and "Ayesha," the advocate said.
The complainants alleged that Dharmendra has violated the People's Representative Act, Hindu Marriage Act and also Islamic Shariyat, Dwiwedi added.
