According to the police, they have registered cases against Ramesh Khadatkar (41) and his son for rash driving.

The minor was driving the motorbike without a valid licence. Justifying the arrest of the father, police said he was equally responsible. “He should have discouraged his minor son from driving a geared vehicle. There was no way that the boy could have also applied for a driving licence being a minor,” said AL Dhotre, the investigation officer.
