Fedders Lloyd to merge PSL with itself

Fedders Lloyd Corporation will merge PSL Engineering Pvt Ltd, engaged in heavy engineering works, with itself.

Leading player in the commercial air-conditioner and refrigeration segment, Fedders Lloyd Corporation Ltd said on Wednesday that it will merge PSL Engineering Pvt Ltd, engaged in heavy engineering works, with itself.

The board of directors have approved the merger of PSL Engineering with the company, subject to the requisite approvals and formalities, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.

The board has also constituted a committee for the purpose of proposed merger delegating all the powers relating to merger to the committee.
