"Based on this forensic report, the commissioner of Railway Safety (South-Central Circle) who is entrusted with the probe into the accident will file his report to the Ministry of Railways," South Central Railway general manager GN Asthana told reporters.

He, however, refused to comment on the cause of the devastating fire that gutted the S-11 coach of the Tamil Nadu-bound train near Nellore in Andhra Pradesh on July 30.

"I will not say anything on the accident which is under a thorough enquiry. Based on the forensic report, the safety commissioner will file a report to the railway ministry," Asthana said.

Railway minister Mukul Roy had entrusted the investigation into the mishap to DK Singh, commissioner of Railway Safety of South-Central Circle.
