Forgiveness is ultimate valour, says Jakhar

The governor was speaking at a Kshamavani programme organised by the Shree Vardhaman Sthanakvasi Jain Sangh on Sunday, where he also felicitated some prominent personalities of the Jain community on the occasion.

The governor said that every one should refrain from slaughtering animals, general badness and indulge in good work. The president of the organization Narendra Kumar Mehta spoke about the importance of Kshamavani and Paryushan parva.

Dr Chain Singh Sakhlecha gave details on various activities of the organization while Vimal Nahar proposed vote of thanks.

The governor felicitated senior persons and active members of the community including Ghevarmal Nahar, Shantilal Khavya, Chamela Bai Banthia, Motilal Nahar, Satish Jain, Sadin Singh, Trashala Surana and others.

Jakhar also gave away prizes to youth and children who won various competitions organised as part of Paryushan Parva.
