Four killed in Kabul bomb blast

Four Afghan passers-by were killed in the bomb blast, police said, adding the blast was a suicide attack.

A suicide car bomb exploded near a British military patrol in the Afghan capital Kabul on Monday, killing four civilians and wounding four British soldiers, police and the NATO force said.

Two of the Britons were lightly wounded in the blast and two were badly hurt, an officer with the International Security Assistance Force told.
