The trucks, carrying 720 bags of potato, 400 boxes of apples and 18 bags of dry beans, rolled out from Trade Facilitation Centre (TFC) at Rangar in Poonch to PoK, officials said in Poonch.

The government for trade has fixed every Tuesday from Poonch to PoK, while trade from PoK to Poonch takes place on every Wednesday.

However, the trade between the two sides did not take place last week. Earlier on January 20, a consignment of 290 bags of potato, 600 boxes of tomatoes and over 45 quintals of dry beans were sent to PoK.
