If life were devoid of tests, then I know it would have been boring and unexciting. However, this set of challenges, at times, brings along loads of stress and anxiety among the students. In the midst of stress and anxiety, we so much worry about performing well in the examinations that we end up just worrying and not preparing ourselves for them.

To tackle exam stress I revise the right content and follow NCERT syllabus. Trust me, written practice is the key to both comprehending concepts and memorising formulae.

Besides this, a positive mind is a cherished asset at any given point of time and acts as a magic wand during the exams. If you think positive, you will never
fear exams as you are confident of putting your best foot forward. A positive thinker is not stressed even in the most challenging situations.

Another most important thing is having good sleep. If the mind is fresh, then the body will also be active. Students, I feel, should avoid activities that would strain their eyes.

Nutritious diet like green vegetables, fruits and items rich in protein content must be consumed. A lot of liquid intake such as fruit juice and water is very important. Besides this, keep the diet light and small.

There are many students who tend to ignore studies till the exam clouds start hovering on their heads and finally end up with a victim of stress and pressure.
