"Some rulers in the past have created a big void between the three regions of the state ignoring the equal share in the field of development, employment," state chief of NCP Thakur Randir Singh said.

He said that by not implementing the delimitation act a large section of the state's population has been denied of their rights.

The party would work to expose the political leaders who have made the noble profession of social service a "business," Singh added.
