Govt relaxes ban on transfers
THE STATE Government today relaxed the ban on transfer of its employees till June 30. The order to this effect has been issued in the context of transfer policy of the State Government announced recently.
THE STATE Government today relaxed the ban on transfer of its employees till June 30. The order to this effect has been issued in the context of transfer policy of the State Government announced recently.
Following this, all the departments of the State will be able to shift its employees according to their requirement till June 30, 2006.
Transfers of employees in the district cadre will be affected with the approval of minister in-charge of district concerned. Application of transfer of employees of this cadre outside the district of present posting and those of the State cadre will be sent to Minister of department concerned via minister in-charge of the district.
Employees and officials at the State-level will be transferred under the same procedure of general administration department (GAD). Inter-district transfer of class II and class III employees will be carried out by departmental heads following approval of Minister concerned. Class I officials will be transferred following approval of the Minister concerned on the proposal of principal secretary/secretary or departmental head.
