GUIDING LIGHT| Am I brave?
Can I call myself brave? There was a time when life was harsh to me, but I faced it all bravely..., writes Mukesh Setia.
Throw a pebble in still water and you see that the surface of water gets disturbed and that disturbance produces waves.
Feelings and dreams are exactly the same; they appear deep inside the heart with different circles and radii.
Every now and then we come across situations which shake us. We commit something wrong and that disturbs us and whenever we recall that event, it grazes our mind and heart; precipitation goes on inside and we feel that we are not meant for the situation and wish not to repeat.
But at the same time, we do not want to share our feelings with anyone. Probably we feel guilty and the heart chokes. In my opinion, whenever you find that you are blocked then this blockage can be cleaned only by sharing your feelings with the ones who care for you.
In most cases they can be your parents, your brother, sister, friend or a teacher. One should not wait for its automatic healing.
