Bhatt was suspended under three different cases in August 2011 but the central review committee has recommended revoking suspension in one case. However, Bhatt will continue to remain under suspension in two other cases.

“In one case, suspension has been withdrawn but in tow other cases, it stays so he remains suspended,” Gujarat’s principal secretary home, Dr SK Nanda said.
