Groups of students from Industrial Training Institute (ITI) and some near by institutes damaged buses outside the college on Mehrauli-Gurgaon road near sector 14.

A Haryana Roadways bus ran over Abhimanyu (17) Wednesday morning killing him on the spot, an officer said. He was a resident of Narsinghpur area here.

"The bus driver suddenly accelerated the vehicle while students were boarding it. Abhimanyu came under the rear wheels of the bus and died on the spot," he said.

"Bus drivers on this route usually speed up their vehicles near ITI and government women college here," a student told IANS.

The body of the victim was sent for postmortem examination.
