Gurunath Meiyappan: unanswered questions

If, as N Srinivasan-owned India Cements statement says that Gurunath Meiyappan was neither the owner, nor CEO, nor team principal of Chennai Super Kings (CSK), why did he call himself ‘Team Principal of CSK’ in his bio on Twitter till 5pm on Friday?

Why did the CSK official twitter handle call him ‘Team Principal’?

CSK owner India Cements’ has said that Gurunath Meiyappan was a honorary member of the team management. How did he then have a ‘Team Owner’ badge with access to all areas on the ground other than the dressing room? Who gave him the badge?

The clause 1.3c of the agreement between franchise owners and the domestic T20 league states that a franchise can be terminated by the BCCI/league if any franchise and/or franchise owner act in any way that has an adverse effect on the reputation of BCCI/league. Is this a case of brining enough disrepute? Who will take a decision?
