Hamilton, 22, has taken the world of Formula One by storm this season, claiming back-to-back Grand Prix wins in Canada and the United States, having started racing karts as an eight-year-old.

He sold the 80 mph (130 kph) kart along with an opportunity to meet him through ebay to raise money for Tommy's, a baby charity, the BBC reported.
