The Central government on Wednesday appointed 1981 batch Haryana cadre IAS officer Krishan Kumar Jalan as Central Provident Fund Commissioner under Union Ministry of Labour and Employment.

Haryana IAS is Central Provident Fund Commissioner
The Central government on Wednesday appointed 1981 batch Haryana cadre IAS officer Krishan Kumar Jalan as Central Provident Fund Commissioner under Union Ministry of Labour and Employment.
His appointment will be in the rank of Additional Secretary. Jalan is presently posted as Additional Chief Secretary, Irrigation in Haryana government. He is likely to be relieved for the central assignment in a couple of weeks.
