THE INDORE bench of Madhya Pradesh High Court on Wednesday summoned records from the lower court in connection with the fact-fudging case against DG (Home Guards) Swaraj Puri.

The records include documentary evidences and proceedings of the lower court. After having lost the case in the court of First Additional District and Sessions Judge (ADJ) Akhilesh Pandya, former BJP corporator Mahesh Garg has filed a criminal revision through his counsel at the High Court, challenging the lower court order, which, he said, was “arbitrary, against the collected evidence and findings of the Economic Offence Wing (EOW) investigation report”.
