The court issued a notice to Nupur, asking her to file a counter affidavit in the case and ordered the CBI to produce original documents before it.
Justice BK Narayan directed it to keep in abeyance its earlier order passed on March 13.
The court had then directed Nupur to surrender before the CBI court in Ghaziabad and had told the CBI to decide her bail application “expeditiously”.
Monday’s order came on a CBI application, requesting the court to recall its March 13 order, claiming that Nupur had not disclosed correct facts before the court.
The Aarushi Talwar murder case is being heard in a CBI court in Ghaziabad. Aarushi Talwar was found murdered in her house in Noida.
