HC order against weavers? co-op officials

THE HIGH Court has ordered the Chairman, Managing Director and General Manager of the MP State Handloom Weavers Cooperative Federation (MPSHWCF) to draw only 50 per cent of the salary they get till the arrears of eight petitioners were cleared.

Giving this order Justice R. K. Gupta allowed the plea of K. D. Bramha, Gyan Singh, U. R. Sahu and five others who stated that they were working with the Madhya Pradesh State Handloom Weavers Cooperative Federation prior to the allocation of their services to Chattisgarh.
