Healing boredom
In our quest for self fulfilment we come across this huge stumbling block, where we are bored with whatever we are routinely used to doing.
One of the major happiness-killers of the modern world is the state of "boredom". In our quest for self-fulfilment we come across this huge stumbling block, where we are bored with whatever we are routinely used to doing. In fact, the major reason for most job-switches in the corporate world is the feeling of ennui, setting in very soon, after settling into a job routine. If we try to delve deeply into the underlying cause, from a spiritual point of view, we will certainly not co-relate the symptoms to a sense of arrogance, or even selfish commercial reasons.
As we know we have come in as human beings to serve a purpose, that is to refine ourselves into a vibration that closely resembles the Highest, that of God Himself. To this end we decide, in the inter-life, to play certain roles in society, to reach our highest potential for Being. As we also understand, in this New Age, time has speeded up. Which means that what could have taken several incarnations to achieve, can now be achieved in a matter of years. This is the reason for a quick changeover of jobs, as well as the fast turnover in the number of close relationships one fields.
As soon as the value has been churned out of an experience, to its fullest level, the experience is no longer valuable to the soul. Hence the state of boredom ensues, with a strong desire to go on to even more valuable life-changing grander experiences. The feeling of being at a crossroads is a very familiar one to most modern people. It is the ones who have slipped into the comfort zone of carrying on in unrewarding experiences, who are not receiving the full value out of this human incarnation, and will have to reincarnate over and over, till the mindset changes.
If you are one of those who get bored very easily by life's ever-changing scenario, take heart. It is normal to be so in the New Energies. Move on to grander and more spiritually challenging experiences, and learn about the vast possibilities of refining your vibrations.
Take the guidance directly from your Spiritual Guides, as to how to interweave your jobs, partners and close relationships into a never-ending state of joy!
Get into the meditative state, and call your Spiritual Guides. Tell them that you have fully squeezed the learning out of this particular experience, and that you are now on the lookout for higher possibilities of spiritual learning. If possible, state the opportunities you may have in hand, or ask that the highest opportunity present itself, to take you into higher avenues for growth. Let the question then simmer on the back burner of your mind, whilst your guides do the sorting and sifting for you. The answer will soon become very clear, and will erupt from within as a sense of absolute knowingness, even if commercially, or otherwise, it does not seem a very sound decision.
Please remember that the time within which this knowingness comes, may vary from an immediate response, to a time lag of a few days. Bear with the time lag with patience, and do not try to force the outcome, as that might influence it in the wrong direction.
