Better-known as the House of Singh, this favourite Chinese restaurant of nearly every deal-maker in the city (as well as every major politician, from Atal Bihari Vajpayee to Laloo Prasad Yadav) makes up in taste and spice for what it lacks in authenticity. Order from the menu if your idea of a good Chinese meal includes King Prawns Pepper Salt and Crispy Fried Spinach. If you like it as close to genuine as possible, call the chef. He won't disappoint you. Prawns, the restaurant serves the biggest in a city obsessed with size are their specialty. It's the ideal destination for people who love gawking at important people.
