The condition of Human Resource Development Minister Arjun Singh, who was admitted to AIIMS after he complained of breathing problems, has improved and is stable.
Singh, 76, who has been under observation at the Cardiac Centre at AIIMS since Wednesday evening, is stable and his condition has "improved a lot", sources said.
