During the weekdays, I am busy with work which barely leaves me with any time for anything else. I try and organise myself during the weekends. And I like to do it my way. Dressed in a rugged attire, I play some good music, either trance, hip-hop, or country and hop around clearing the mess in the house.

Indeed, my mood and my music go hand-in-hand. Music makes work even more interesting. I am not a party person and for me dancing to loud music till the wee hours is purely nonsense. Music is therapeutic and I enjoy it mellow and soft.

MY KIND OF WEEKEND: On weekends, I also relish tossing up some healthy salads for which the research for my cookbook comes handy.

After cleaning and cooking, next on my agenda is a work-out session. Though I am regular with it, on a holiday I try and give some extra time to yoga and meditation.

I am a person who believes in the perfect utilisation of every minute. I am a creative person at heart so be it book writing or listening to music, I need to evolve and learn something with every passing moment.

But the most important thing that I need to learn is time management. Aftab Shivdasani does it pretty well and I am learning to do so too.
