Kaur won the silver in 75-kg category in which compatriot Geeta Rani clinched the gold with a Games record. But the Punjab girl claimed that she could have done better if not for a "situation" created by the coach.

"I am not happy with my silver medal performance. A situation was created where I could not do better," Kaur said on her arrival from Australia on Friday night.

Later when asked who was responsible, she said "I could not win the gold because of the coach."

Kaur did not name the coach but Hansa Sharma and Amarnath Kanaparti were in-charge of the team at Melbourne.

She also did not elaborate on her allegation.

On the doping case involving the men lifters, Kaur said "it doesn't make any difference to me. We are working hard. Those who are taking recourse to such acts, let them do that."
