'I want to get rid of my sins'

I am a married man living in Dubai with my relatives from last six years. They have two kids. One day when I was at home, an aunt came over and we discussed things about life and suddenly we started talking about personal sex. My mind changed and we started watching sex channels. After half an hour, I started fondling with her and from that day we indulged in sex almost daily. Now, she is blackmailing me that she will tell my wife if I refuse her. How should I get rid of this? I want to confess this to my wife. I know she will forgive me. Please help me.

Are wet dreams normal?

I am 17. I want to know if wet dreams are normal? I have never indulged in self-pleasure. I think the problem arose two years back when a friend sat on my lap. I have never had sex except for kissing. Please let me know if this is fine?

Moolah matter breaking marriage!

It's been seven years and we are a happily married couple with a son. We have very good and satisfying relationship except for money matters. My wife wants me to save or invest all the money I earn. However, I want to spend 10-20% of it on my parents and brothers who are not so well off. We always have long and frustrating quarrels on this subject. This is of late creating problems in our married life.

Reply From Dr. Prem Lata Chawla:
Your demand of 10 to 20 percent of your income for your parents seems to be fair enough. When you are keeping your wife and son well provided you can be firm about your decision and let your wife learn to adjust to your being decisive about something.  Regular financial help to physically and mentally fit brothers makes them rather dependent and greedy. Brothers should be helped only when there is an emergency like sudden illness or higher education of nephews or nieces, etc.

Improvement in sex power

I am a 25-year-old guy masturbating from last nine years. In a few months from now, I am going to get married. Will there be a problem in my sex life due to masturbation? Is there any medical treatment to increase the quantity of sperms and thickness of semen? Please advice.

Reply From Dr. Prem Lata Chawla:
Masturbation as such has no evil effect on the quality and quantity of semen and sperms. There is no treatment available for improving the thickness and quantity of semen. The thickness and quantity of semen are not the criterion for fertility but it is the number of motile sperms. You should better get a semen examination done rather than worry about fertility just by looking at semen.
