"The flight could not take off on scheduled time because of a technical snag. All the necessary arrangements were done for the passengers who were stranded. We provided food and accommodation," the Khaleej Times quoted a source from Indian Airlines as saying.
However, some passengers alleged that the airline did not provide accommodation and food during the delay in the flight take-off on Saturday, the paper reported.
The flight was scheduled to take-off for Goa via Calicut last morning but the passengers had to wait at the airport till 1 am this morning, the time of the rescheduled flight, the paper said.
