IDBI to form JV with Netherland's Fortis

State-run bank IDBI has decided to form a life insurance joint venture with Netherland's Fortis Insurance International NV, the bank said on Monday.
It did not give further details.
The government allows 26 per cent foreign holding in insurance ventures.
