Former minister SN Krishnaiah Setty was also questioned by the agency, official sources said.

The investigating agency had interrogated Raghavendra, his brother BY Vijayendra and Yeddyurappa's son-in-law RN Sohan Kumar at its office in Bangalore in June.

CBI has already registered an FIR against Yeddyurappa and others and raided their residential and other premises as part of the probe ordered by the Supreme Court on the recommendations of the Central Empowered Committee set up by it to look into illegal mining.
