The injured man had to be taken on foot by his relative to the emergency ward .

When contacted, chief medical officer Tejwant Singh Randhawa assured of some action and said, “ The health department is making all the efforts to tackle the stray cattle menace and there is no shortage of government attendants and equipments in the hospital.”
