This was said by RK Shangloo, former senior vice-president of Allahabad High Court Bar Association while condemning Pakistan for abetting terrorism in India and elsewhere.

Shangloo, while elaborating its stand said, “Terrorism is no longer confined to our state of Kashmir alone but it is trying to spread its tentacles all over India. Mumbai serial blast and the reported ISI using Bangladesh for terrorist activities in India and their reported planning of an attack on Taj Mahal confirms that Pakistan is fit state to be declared as terrorist state.

Some of our eminent political leaders have strongly criticized Pakistan and even observed that it should be declared a terrorist state and they have given some of convincing reasons too. It cannot be again said that people of Pakistan origin have been found to be involved in the blast which rocked United Kingdom and air terror plot which was foiled timely. This clearly indicates that Pakistan is abetting terrorism, said Shangloo.

Besides, Shangloo also criticized those who say that national song ‘Vande Matram’ is against Islamic belief. He said, “Ours is a secular country altogether we cannot and should not allow such outbursts by any community. Each of us should think that he or she is an Indian first and a Hindu and Muslim next. Then alone we can solve all our problems facing us and make our existence felt in the world else we are doomed’’, Shangloo said.
