Indian is judge in US

Sabita Singh, a native of Saran district in Bihar, has been appointed a judge of the district court of Massachusetts by the Governor Council of Massachusetts. This makes Sabita Singh the first woman of South Asian community to get such a prestigious post in the US. Before being appointed a judge, she was a noted criminal lawyer.
