THE DOMINATION of Indore swimmers continued on the second day of the 35th MP State Swimming Championship being organised at Prakash Taran Pushkar here.
On the second day, Indore won 18 gold medals. Bhopal won 11 gold medals to stay on the second position. Such was the bad performance of the other districts that Jabalpur, which won only three gold medals, was placed third.
Indore won gold in all diving events. It was a clean sweep by the team. Bhopal won two silver medals. MP Swimming Association president Bhawani Shankar Sharma distributed medals to the winners of the day. On the occasion, organising secretary O P Awasthi, Ramkumar Khilani and others were present.
