Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOC) on Thursday said that it will merge its wholly owned subsidiary, Indian Oil Blending Ltd with itself.
The shareholders of the company have approved the scheme of amalgamation of Indian Oil Blending with the company with requisite majority, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
