Is conflict in J&K a freedom struggle?

Are elections in J&K vital for peace?: "No, it cannot happen till the time we are able to get complete support of the people of Kashmir, and they stand united", says Vikram, Delhi. "The poll under hostile situation is of no worth. India should come up with suitable solution after discussing with Pakistan", says Shahid, USA . "Pakistan should vacate the occupied territory and India would held the referendum", says Makarand, Canberra, Australia.
