Supermodel Naomi Campbell is suing a cosmetic surgeon dubbed 'The King of Botox' for more than 50,000 dollars, for using her name in his list of celebrity clients.

Naomi, who is well known for her fiery temper has instructed lawyers to start High Court proceedings against Dr Jean-Louis Sebagh, whose list of star clients include Madonna,  Elle Macpherson and Meg Ryan.

Last night pals and aides of Naomi refused to confirm or deny whether she has had any of his beauty treatments.

But they revealed her legal action is over two reports in celebrity magazine Hello! in which Naomi appears to endorse Dr Sebagh.

Naomi's top London lawyers Gideon Benaim of Schillings told The Sun: "Our client Miss Naomi Campbell does not endorse Dr Sebagh's products." 
 
Naomi has reportedly denied having any kind of plastic surgery.

"I don't need it because 'black don't crack'. My grandmother has fantastic genes and only about one wrinkle," she was quoted by The Sun, as saying.
