It?s time for change in UP, says Rahul

CONGRESS MP Rahul Gandhi said on Friday that it was time for a change in UP, and the Mulayam Singh Yadav-led government should go if it was not doing its job properly.
Rahul was replying to questions raised by media persons in Rae Bareli where he has been campaigning for his mother and Congress president Sonia Gandhi.
Asked if it was time for a change in UP, Rahul said, “If the State Government is not doing its job, it’s time for a change.”
