JAI HIND Club today defeated Yuva Shakti Senior by 120 runs to make it to the finals of the Kamarlal Chaudhary Memorial Cricket Tournament being organised at Bab-e-Aali Stadium.

Jai Hind Club skipper decided to bat first after winning the toss. However, the loss of two quick wickets created problems for it.

Arvind Chaudhary, who came out to bat in a precarious situation, played a responsible innings of 78 runs. Umesh Shravan, the Man of the Match in the last tie, repeated his performance and scored 61 runs. Vijay too chipped in with an invaluable 33 runs. These good scores helped Jai Hind Club in setting a target of 245 runs for the loss of five wickets.

Chasing this target became miserable for Yuva Shakti Senior. It ultimately collapsed at 125. Raja (41) and Sunil (30) were the only batsmen who came good for the team. Other batsmen fell before reaching double figures. Arvind Chaudhary was declared Man of the Match.
