Jainism has scientific approach

NOTED SPIRITUAL leader of Jain Community Sadhavi Kundan Rekha said that Jain religion had a scientific approach and its Philosophy contained solution of problems related with the materialistic world.

She was speaking in an ongoing religious function, ‘Paryushan Mahaparv’ in Varanasi on Friday. This religious function is being organised under the auspices of Jain Shwetambar Terapanth Sabha.

“The scientific approach of Jain religion is capable to overcome the differences of society by spreading a sense harmony and equality among common masses,” she said and added that it also inspired the people to turn their formal life towards a feeling of self-realisation.

Sadhvi was of the view that the festival of Paryushan Mahaparv was heart of the Jain religion through which, a feeling of kindness could be inculcated in human beings.

She further added that the main objective behind organising this festival was to inspire the people to love and live with consciousness for the removal of ill-feelings.

Sadhavi Kundan Rekha was here in Varanasi for her four-month religious reside, ‘Chaturyamasik Nivas’. Dinesh Kumar Bhansali, Shesh Pal Garg and Virendra Kumar Malu and other members of Jain community were present during religious discourse.
