Singh has submitted the complain in which he alleged that Barmer District Collector who is also the Election Officer, has restructured the polling parties on last moment.

"These parties which are actually responsible for free and fair elections, have been shockingly restructured on caste basis," he said.

Singh also alleged that police personnel are threatening his supporters. "There are preparation for high level bogus voting while misusing the government machinery," he said.

Mentioning BJP candidate Col Sona Ram, Singh alleged that Choudhary's supporters are distributing liquor and money to villages and are trying to influence voting by unfair means.

He further said that many BJP leaders who are outsider, have camped at Barmer and are managing unfair means for the polling.
