Jitendra calls on governor NN Vohra

Minister of state in prime minister's office Jitendra Singh called on governor NN Vohra at Raj Bhawan on Tuesday.

Minister of state in prime minister's office Jitendra Singh called on governor NN Vohra at Raj Bhawan on Tuesday.

Raj Bhawan spokesperson said Singh discussed growth and development of the state, besides internal security management.

Singh, however, said he called on the governor for a personal visit. According to reports, the MoS invited the governor to attend the marriage ceremony of his son later this month.

Meanwhile, his visit has spurred political speculation on the government formation.

"The committee formed by the party to negotiate on the government formation can comment on it," he said.
