Jogi says tape alleging he bribed BJP MLAs forged

Outgoing Chhattisgarh chief minister said the tape purportedly containing his voice for bribing its MLAs is 'concocted' and 'forged'.

Outgoing Chhattisgarh chief minister Ajit Jogi on Saturday night said the tape purportedly containing his voice alleged by BJP for bribing its MLAs is "concocted" and "forged" and offered to face any probe in this connection.

Addressing a press conference in Raipur, Jogi maintained that the voice in the tape was not his.

He, however, admitted that he had written a letter to governor offering party's support to rebel BJP MLAs to form a government headed by a tribal chief minister.
