Kaif fans accuse Ganguly of bias

A group of supporters of middle order batsman Mohammed Kaif on Tuesday burnt the effigy of Indian cricket team captain Sourav Ganguly who they blamed for keeping out the Allahabad player from the Test squad.

Kaif, who impressed in the ODI tri-series preceding the ongoing Test series against Zimbabwe, was left out of the first Test and also ignored for the second which began in Harare on Tuesday.

The slogan-shouting fans gathered before the Civil Lines residence of the cricketer here and accused Ganguly of being biased against Kaif.
