The SAD had complained against the Punjab Congress for allegedly issuing ads with use of the word 'Kaka'. "The EC's media monitoring committee has asked as to whom the word referred to, while telling parties that such ads should not be published/telecast/broadcast," said a spokesman for the chief electoral officer (CEO), Punjab.
