The engine and four coaches of the Kalka-Jodhpur Express derailed in Patiala this morning at the Dhablan station after hitting a stationary goods train.

The accident disrupted rail traffic on the Ambala-Patiala-Bathinda route.
However, no casualties have been reported, a railway spokesman said. He added that the driver of the passenger train has received minor injuries.
The Ambala Railway division has cancelled three trains following the derailment, which took place in the morning at around 3.25 am.
Divisional Commercial Manager of the Railway Division MS Meena said the train had a side collision with a goods train standing at Dhablan station and the diesel engine with four coaches of the passenger train got derailed.
He said that DRM, Ambala along with medical van and a team of doctors rushed to the accident site.
