Karishma Kapoor to make a comeback

The film will be directed by Onir of My Brother Nikhil and Bas Ek Pal fame. Diganta Guha tells more.

Actress Karishma Kapoor, who had bid good bye to Bollywood after her marriage to industrialist Sanjay Kapoor in August 2004, is all set to make a comeback in director Onir's film.

"The film is titled You and I and the shooting will start in February-March next year," said Onir of My Brother Nikhil and Bas Ek Pal fame.

Onir, who has already received confirmation from the actress, will also produce the movie.

The director, whose last film Bas Ek Pal failed to create magic at the box-office, also stated that the film will be based on the lines of the Academy award winner Life isBeautiful and Karishma will play the protaganist.

Other stars which have been confirmed for the cast include Boman Irani, Sanjay Suri, Raima Sen, Purab Kohli and Juhi Chawla.

The film will be extensively shot in Fiji and Malaysia.
