Shahadat Hossain, a.k.a. "Rajib", has all the necessary attributes for a good fast bowler.

In his Test debut at Lord's in 2005, Shahadat conceded 101 runs in just 12 overs. In April 2006, he had a tough time against the Australians having only the wicket of Ricky Ponting to show for 67 overs of effort.

On the tour to Zimbabwe in July 2006, Hossain became the first Bangladeshi to take a hat trick in one-day internationals.

Given a chance, he will prove to be an efficient bowler in the years to come.
